Troy has been in the construction industry since 1981 and shares with KDR thirty-five (35) years of working knowledge of all construction trades. Troy has managed custom homes, remodels, room additions, kitchen and bath upgrades and commercial tenant improvements. He also maintains a vast knowledge of the insurance industry resulting from many years of handling fire, flood and mold damage insurance losses.
